    Our self-owned Dongguan facility runs three integrated production zones, eliminating outsourcing and ensuring end-to-end quality control:

    Coating & Metallization Zone Vacuum plating chambers apply reflective coatings to acrylic, PC, PETG, and PVC substrates. In-house coating means consistent reflectivity batch after batch — not dependent on third-party suppliers.

    Precision Cutting & Engraving Zone CNC laser cutters, rotary die-cutting lines, and multi-head engraving stations handle everything from bulk sheet cutting to intricate shape routing. Tolerance: ±0.1 mm on custom parts.

    Quality Control & Packaging Zone Dedicated QC station performs visual inspection, thickness measurement, and adhesion testing on every production batch. Finished goods move directly to our in-house packaging workshop — protected, labeled, and palletized for export.

    As a factory-direct manufacturer, we produce mirrors, plastic sheets, and die-cut components to your exact requirements — not ours. Our OEM/ODM process is straightforward and built for industrial buyers:

    1. Submit Specifications Provide your technical drawings (AI, PDF, DWG, STEP), material requirements, and quantity targets. Engineering review and feasibility confirmation within 24 hours.

    2. Sampling & Validation 1–5 free samples produced for your inspection and testing. Iteration turnaround: 2–3 working days per revision.

    3. Production & Delivery Approved samples enter production queue with a dedicated project manager overseeing your order from raw material intake to container loading.
